Shipping & Returns




Archer Full Throttle knows you have a choice, and we value your business.  If you are not happy with your order, please let us know.  If you are having difficulty with any equipment you’ve purchased,  please email us at

Upon delivery, please check the carton contents immediately against items on the front of your invoice. If you are missing items or your product appears to have been damaged in shipping please notify us immediately at  Please keep all shipping packages and email on photographs of the damage.  All damage claims must be reported and filed within the 30 day return policy.
For clarification to avoid unnecessary return charges those new to archery - a RIGHT handed bow is actually held in your left hand and the string is pulled with your right hand making a backwards L where the rest and sight are attached.   A LEFT handed bow is held in your right hand and the string is pulled with your left hand making a L where the rest and sight are attached.
If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please return your merchandise within 30 days for a full refund. Returns must be received within 30 days of original purchase date. All returns must be new and unopened in the original packaging. All tags and information packets must be attached to the item or a restocking fee will be charged. All serial numbers on our bows and crossbows are captured and photographed upon shipment.  Please make sure you are shipping back the bow with the serial number you received from us.  Any return of a bow or crossbow with a serial number not matching the original will be refused.  If the item is defective we are happy to provide a prepaid return shipping label for you.  You are responsible for packaging the item.  If you choose to send the defective item back without using the provided shipping label return shipping WILL NOT be refunded.  If you choose to have you return packaged for you, the packaging expense WILL NOT be refunded.  It is highly recommended that you save the original shipping box for 30 days in case you need to return the item.
We do not accept any returns on used or fired bows or crossbows after the 30 day return period has expired for any reason.  Please contact the manufacturer directly as all of our bows come with a full manufacturer's warranty.  Return shipping for manufacturer warranties is your responsibilty and will not be refunded.  

Since we offer free shipping we do not offer exchanges. We just have our customers re-order if they need a different size or color. We find this runs much smoother this way.  Return shipping for any reason other than defective is the buyer's responsibility and the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the refund.

Contact customer service at to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns submitted without an RA number or not adhering to our return policy will be returned at the sender's expense.  


Refunds on credit card purchases are credited to your account (less applicable shipping charges) within 10 days of receipt of returns. Check, money order, and cash purchases are refunded by company check (less applicable shipping charges) within 30 days of receipt of return via postal mail to the billing address on the account.  Please note that returns on orders paid by credit card may be subject to a 3% processing fee. 


Please be sure of and double-check your order details before submitting them to our store.  In some cases, orders are processed and packed for shipment within just a few hours.  So time for cancellations is limited.  However, if you place an order, but later decide you must cancel, please contact customer service at as quickly as possible.  If your order has not yet executed, we will make every attempt to honor the cancellation request.  



The information on our Site or fulfillment partners sites may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have placed your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. 
In such an event, Archer Full Throttle, LLC shall reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.


Our liability will be limited as set forth in the Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or our liability to you in the event of death or personal injury resulting from our negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, or certain kinds of limitations or exclusions of liability, so the limitations & exclusions set out in these Terms of Sale or the Terms and Conditions may not apply to you.


Products sold or fulfilled by Archer Full Throttle LLC may be covered by manufacturers’ warranties. Where applicable, warranty information should be included with your product. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  BREACH OF A WARRANTY, IF ANY, IS LIMITED, IN ARCHER FULL THROTTLE'S DISCRETION, TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OR RETURN OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF A PRODUCT AS DESCRIBED IN THESE TERMS OF SALE, AND ALL CLAIMS FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED. These Terms of Sale are personal to you and you may not assign or otherwise transfer any right or obligation under these Terms of Sale except as permitted herein. We reserve the right to transfer, assign, license or subcontract all or any of our rights or obligations under these Terms of Sale or any related contract to any third party.

We will not have any liability to you or be deemed to be in breach of these Terms of Sale from any circumstances which are beyond our reasonable control (including a delay in delivery caused by force majeure)."Force majeure" includes, without limitation, circumstances directly or indirectly resulting from acts of God; acts of the public enemy; strikes; lockouts; epidemic and riots; power failure; fire; earthquake; water shortage or adverse weather conditions; or other causes beyond the control of the Parties.

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms of Sale at any time. You will be subject to the Terms of Sale in force at the time you place your order with us, unless any change to these Terms of Sale is required to be made by law (in which case it will apply to any orders previously placed by you).
